Overview

This Privacy Notice describes how ModernMarkets ("we," "us") handles information in connection with the mmsys.xyz website (the "Site"). This Site is a static marketing site. We do not use analytics tools, tracking cookies, or third-party embeds, and we do not track visitors across this or other websites.

No cookies, no analytics

This Site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics services. There are no social-media pixels and no third-party trackers. If our use of cookies or similar technology ever changes, this notice will be updated first.

Information we collect

Request Access form. If you submit our Request Access form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, work email address, institution type, area of interest, and any message you include. This is the only form on the Site that collects personal information.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically generate standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type, timestamp, and requested page) as part of normal web server operation. These logs are a byproduct of hosting infrastructure, not a deliberate analytics or tracking system, and we do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

How we use this information

We use the information submitted through the Request Access form solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether ModernMarkets' services may be relevant to your institution, and follow up as appropriate. We do not use this information for advertising, do not send newsletters or marketing campaigns from it, and do not sell, rent, or otherwise trade it to third parties.

Lawful basis

Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on your consent (by voluntarily submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to inbound business inquiries from institutional counterparties.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are delivered by email, via our email delivery provider (Resend), to access@mmsys.xyz. Our hosting provider stores the static Site and generates the server logs described above. These providers act as data processors handling information on our behalf and do not use it for their own independent purposes. We do not share your information with any other third party.

Data retention

We retain information submitted through the Request Access form for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up. We do not retain it indefinitely for unrelated purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted to us by emailing access@mmsys.xyz. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
