About ModernMarkets

ModernMarkets is a technology vendor. We design and support FIX protocol connectivity software and related managed infrastructure services for brokerages and other institutional counterparties. ModernMarkets is not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or other regulated financial-services firm, and nothing on this Site should be read to suggest otherwise. Our services are made available exclusively to institutional counterparties, and only under a separate written services agreement negotiated directly with the customer. No services are offered to retail consumers through this Site.

Informational purpose only

This Site is provided for general informational purposes about ModernMarkets and its technology offerings. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any product, service, security, or financial instrument. Any actual technology or managed services provided by ModernMarkets are governed exclusively by the terms of a separate, mutually executed services agreement between ModernMarkets and the institutional customer. These Website Terms of Use do not create, amend, or supersede any such agreement.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
